QA Team Performance

Shipment Performance and Quality Review

During the reporting period, a total of 90,261 pieces, including 31 FRI pieces, were shipped. All products were inspected according to approved quality standards and dispatched within the scheduled timeline.

“True success is not an individual achievement; it is the result of a united team where every contribution matters, every effort counts and everyone works together to turn a shared vision into reality.”

By Md. Tareq Hasan

Additionally, 683 pieces were completed ahead of schedule and passed the required quality inspections, with all relevant records maintained for traceability and compliance. A shipment variance of 187 pieces was recorded due to wash defects and rejections, resulting in a shortfall against the required shipment quantity. The issues were documented for necessary corrective actions and ongoing monitoring.

Administration

Ergonomics & Posture Awareness

Maintaining proper posture and ergonomics helps prevent back pain, neck strain, eye fatigue, and discomfort during long working hours. Employees are encouraged to adjust their chairs properly, keep monitors at eye level, and maintain a comfortable wrist position while using the keyboard and mouse.

Short breaks for stretching or walking every 30 minutes can also help reduce physical strain. Avoid slouching, working with laptops on low surfaces for long periods, and ignoring any signs of discomfort.
